We have a fully equipped 3-camera television studio with around 70 square metres of usable space. All sound and video signals from the studio are routed to the galleries which overlook the studio. The studio is equipped with a full lighting grid, with lanterns fixed to pantographs, a complete sound system with 1k amplification (active Mackie speakers), white cyclorama, blue chromakey drapes, tie-lines to all other studios, and a full communications system.
Cameras are Sony DXC3000A on Vinten pedestals. Canon XL1s/Panasonic DVC15 are also utilised.
The studio is generally used for training purposes for our students, however several professional projects have been shot here. The studio is also utilised for photographic shoots.
